They are looking for an experienced sales professional to join their team, reporting to the Central Regional Sales Manager and based in NSW.
Do you take pride in the way you achieve results
Do you have a minimum 5 years of territory or sales management plumbing experience, ideally with national and regional footprint
Do have experience selling in a business-to-business (via merchants / resellers) environment
Have you already established customer relationships within the NSW Plumbing market
Do you have a strong knowledge of hydraulic principles
Are you able to travel regionally up to 20% of time
What You Will Need to Succeed You will be responsible for growing and maintaining the market share based on a platform of quality, trust, consistency and innovation. You will be able to build constructive and effective relationships internally and externally with key customer and industrial alliances, make the right decisions commercially, translate opportunities into actions and results and champion commercial excellence
You will work closely within the business to effectively execute all initiatives, which will deliver the agreed revenue & margin budgets/targets. You will participate as a senior member of the Central sales team and contribute to the wider strategic direction of the business all whilst establishing & maintaining effective and influential relationships with key customers within the NSW market with the mutual objective of growing and maintaining the market share based on a platform of quality, trust, consistency and innovation.
You will deliver quality reporting against a range of key customer KPIs via our CRM system on a weekly and monthly basis that supports the agreed regional and national sales activity. You will successfully secure and manage key project activity within the market, work closely with all internal stakeholders particularly the Projects and Customer Service Administration teams.
You will introduce a range of value-added initiatives within the state/region to enhance market share, secure targets and deliver improved margin returns. You will monitor a range of monthly key customer data / sales reports supporting sales trends and market activity including accurate sales forecasting, deliver quality reporting against a range of key customer KPIs via our CRM system on a weekly and monthly basis that supports the agreed regional and national sales activity
