We help solve ICT problems both domestically and internationally.

ITSM are strategic partner to numerous organizations: - VAR's, OEM's and end user customers. We deliver infrastructure, support, implementations, services and people solutions. Offices in Australia, NZ, Singapore and Philippines and affiliated Infinite group offices throughout Europe. It's interesting work.


About the role

As a part-time ICT Enterprise Business Development Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing existing enterprise accounts. There is a component of new business development so you will need the skills and experience to deliver a growth result.

After successfully building the business for 8 years, ITSM Corp is ready for the next stage of growth.

Focused predominantly on ICT Infrastructure services, you will be selling hardware maintenance, ICT resources, staff augmentation and bespoke project solutions. Our customers are located in Australia and overseas so you can expect a  diversity of customers, locations and solutions. You will be supported by a team of pre & post-sales support to ensure your success. You will need to be able to work with a team situated onshore or offshore and you will need to be comfortable working autonomously to meet targets.

We need a personable and articulate sales professional who can develop long term strong relationship with key customers and build opportunity and revenue in those accounts.


Benefits and perks

Base salary circa $90,000 + Super (prorated as a part time role), uncapped commission structure and Tools of Trade.

We need an experienced sales professional who is willing to work 4 days per week with flexible working hours. School hours can be generally accommodated for the right candidate.  It's about being with our prospects &  customers, not being in our office.


Skills and experience

To be successful in this role:

  • 5 years experience selling enterprise ICT solutions, preferably services.
  • Genuine ability to engage and build relationship with customers and team.
  • Successful history of exceeding sales targets and a sharp eye on producing a result. 
  • Ability to execute a ICT sales process - managing CRM, territory planning, customer planning and influence, proposal writing and excellent time management
