Nicol & Nicol is a firm of client-focused Business and Financial Advisers, who help our diverse client-base with numerous financial services.  We are looking for bubbly administrative assistant who is willing to deliver exceptional outcomes with a can-do attitude for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for front of house presentation and functionality
  • Client facing role and being a central point of contact for our clients and staff
  • Working closely with and supporting the Accounting and Advisory Teams
  • Arranging client meetings and maintaining Partners calendars
  • Assisting with cloud database management 
  • Preparation and collation of documents and letters
  • Assisting clients with payments for our services 

Skills & experience

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Organised with an eye for accurate detail
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Year 12 or equivalent required
  • Administration experience preferred but not essential
