  • Multi-tasking is essential in this role, managing the everyday tasks with more urgent and immediate tasks concurrently, this role requires the ability to juggle and prioritise.


  • Flexible and eager to learn. Be willing and eager to pitch in and help out on tasks as they arise.


  • Engage in project work assisting different Divisions and workshop administration.

Required Skills:

  • Have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Have previous experience in a receptionist role.
