Your New Role:
Reporting directly to Customer Service Manager, this role will be primarily responsible for undertaking field services attending to breakdowns, planned maintenance, and Hotline support over phone and email offering high quality responses to technical enquiries from customers. The role also involves providing technical training and/or programming support to system integrators and end customers for various industrial applications.
