Reception and Administration Officer - Coffs Harbour CBD

Qualification & Skills:

  • High School Certificate
  • Business Administration Cert III or 2 years experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and administrative duties managing first point of contact for staff and guests whilst ensuring a high level presentation for reception, meeting rooms and common areas
  • Welcome and direct visitors to where they need to go
  • Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Procurement of stationery, kitchen and office needs
  • Organise catering for meetings
  • Contribute to a proactive and positive team culture
  • WHS responsibilities


  • WWWC Check, C Class drivers licence, Criminal History Check
