Key responsibilities will include:
Support internal commercial tasks amongst the administration team.
Manage people visiting head office and inbound telephone calls in a professional manner.
Enter data accurately, assist the admin team in reporting and maintain automated systems (e.g. CRMs).
Professional email management and documentation skills.
Communicate professionally at all times.
Take ad hoc directions for urgent commercial responsibilities.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
Willingness to learn.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Excellent internal/ external customer engagement.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders.
Well presented with a positive attitude.
