Parts Sales Manager (Genie)

Our Terex Genie team is seeking a Parts Sales Manager who will grow the Genie Parts business in Australia. They will develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that help drive better results for our customers. Well be looking for candidates who learn quickly, enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks, and use rigorous logic to solve difficult problems. In order to be successful in this role, it will be crucial to maximise customer contact with key decision-makers and create value to the customer through the Genie Value Proposition.


  • Achieve key KPIs which focus on growing the parts business in Australia and improving the customer experience
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and present customer solutions that help drive better results for our customers.
  • Help customers resolve current issues and escalate those issues that are a high priority
  • Work closely with the local parts team to improve the customer experience and implement the commercial initiatives from the Terex Global Parts and Services strategy.
  • Use market research to identify opportunities and develop a marketing plan for parts to increase OEM awareness and to grow the business
  • Participate at trade shows, coordinate business development and educational activities with assigned customers and contacts

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or other related field
  • 5 years sales experience in a commercial or industrial customer facing role
  • A successful track record growing a commercial parts business
