Maney Transport Pty Ltd is a well-established transport and logistic company. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Assistant who is looking to have a fruitful future with this impressive company. The ideal candidate will be hard-working and have a proven record of working well under pressure, & who takes great pride in their work.
This position will be a casual position to start with, there will be the opportunity to progress into permanent employment for the right candidate.
Casual: 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
Working hours will vary between 7am to 8pm.
Answering incoming phone calls (a high rate of calls on a daily basis - primary duty)
General office duties
Taking bookings & entering them into Translogix
Photocopying, scanning, labeling etc.
Excellent communication skills
Polite and efficient telephone manner
Performs well under pressure
Competent with basic computer operations
Translogix Experience preferred but not essential
Must have a high level of accuracy, paired with speed.
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong ability to multi-task
Ability to perform with minimal supervision
Microsoft Office Experience (Excel and Word)
Must be available Monday - Friday, within the specified times listed above.
A rotating roster, three different shifts with one - two weeks of evening shifts a month.
