This role would suit an individual looking to break into a professional support role or for an experienced administrator who is seeking a role where their experience and insight will be valued for the longer term also helping them to grow professionally.

Previous experience in a real estate industry with Property Tree or Property Me and database management would be highly valued. 

The role offers the opportunity for you to make the front office of our business your own ensuring all the following areas operate smoothly.

The successful candidates' responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting all guests upon arrival.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies when necessary
  • Assist Estimating and projects team with various administration from time to time
  • Liaise with solicitors, Sales, AllHome and Insurance.
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite
  • Assist with IT Helpdesk tasks
  • Assist other Managers as required
  • Client meet and greet, appointments and communication

Salary will be based on the Modern Clerks Award 2010
