ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast, we are growing and building our After Sales Customer care team. This is a pivotal role in a small team which will drive our sales for current and future products.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the ZONE RV brand in a professional manner at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, sales managers and department managers.
  • Working with the customer throughout the After Sales process. Tasks which include and are not limited to: Scheduling handovers, preparation of requested retail additions, registration paper work & following the Customer care journey.
  • Check off the Caravan when it arrives at the Handover bay to make sure it is 100% what the customer has ordered.
  • Scheduling in the Handovers in line with the build completion date.

REQUIRED SKILLS 

  • Previous experience and success in customer service environment.
  • Mature minded, Goal orientated, able to operate independently or as part of a team, resilient in adverse conditions.
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines. Can efficiently manage internal and external resources to meet the extensive logistical and planning demands of this role.
  • Competent in the use of business related technology and systems.
  • Willingness to take ownership of the role.
