Account Manager - Fintech Space

THE CLIENT

I am currently working with a global Fintech business that offer an expense management tool. Since entering the Australian market 4.5 years ago, they have grown their headcount from 5 - 80 employees. They are still rapidly growing and on the back of the growth they are currently looking to bring on a Account Manager in a newly created role. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the growing company and progress their career.

THE ROLE

  • Manage and grow a number of existing accounts
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Cross and upsell into an existing portfolio 
  • Ensure customers are always kept up to date with relevant issues and provide support and guidance when required 

THE CANDIDATE

  • You will be motivated and outcome focused
  • The ideal candidate will be one that goes above and beyond with relationship building among the client’s existing customers
  • Have been in an BDR role for 1-2 years and looking to take the next step in your career OR been in an Account Manager role for 1-2 years
  • You will be a high performer who wants to progress their career within a growing business in a growing industry
