About the role

We are looking for an administration assistant to join our Tuncurry Team.

This person will work in with our Transition to Work (TTW), Youth and Aboriginal Services team to provide an approachable and professional front of house service to clients, stakeholders and funding bodies.

The position will be for 45-60 hours per fortnight * (To be confirmed subject to candidate )

The role will involve aspects of administration including

• Reception duties
• Maintaining office cleanliness
• Maintenance of office records, ordering & general file keeping

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Strong Computer literacy
• Good communication skills including professional phone manner
• Empathy and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Current Working with Children Check
• Police Criminal History Check
• Driver's License desirable
