The Queensland Audit Office is the independent auditor of the Queensland public sector. We conduct financial and performance audits across a range of sector-based portfolios. The Auditor-Generals role is to provide the parliament and the community with independent assurance about the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of the public sector and the reliability of financial reporting by the public sector.
