Inbound & Outbound Automotive Call Centre

Melbourne BMW is owned by one of Australia's largest prestige and luxury automotive retail group employing approximately 1350 people across 37 dealerships nationally. 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound & Outbound Service Centre Operator to join their highly regarded Prestige Automotive Group.  If you have a passion for Prestige vehicles, looking after customers needs and love a fast-paced environment, this fulltime role could be right for you.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting our brand products and services.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maximising on service and sale opportunities.
  • Liaising with customers & internal Staff both verbally and in writing regarding all matters relating to sales & service processes.
  • Processing clerical tasks associated with all aspects of both a sale and service bookings.
  • Run daily and weekly reports
  • KPI Targets
  • Efficiently utilising relevant DMS
  • Contributing to team harmony
  • Follow Autosports Group culture and values
  • Uphold at all times the guidelines & core values of our OEM

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in a sales or a call centre environment.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record to selling multiple products and services.
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
