Digital Service Representative - Ongoing part time vacancy

Service NSW is going through an exciting time of change, having recently become a part of a newly created, Customer Service Cluster.

Our agency is passionate about delivering first-class customer experience, at all our Service Centres across NSW.

We are currently seeking applications for a Part Time/Ongoing Digital Service Representative, to join our team at our Singleton Service Centre.

The role:
Digital Service Representatives are required to be digitally savvy, passionate about driving digital experience and enjoy engaging customers.
You will be responsible for processing customer transactions and enquiries using a variety of computer systems as well as resolving customer complaints whilst maintaining privacy requirements. You will also be comfortable working to KPIs, achieving both individual and team goals.

To be successful in this role(s) you will have:
Customer service experience - dealing with customers in a fast paced environment
Exceptional communication skills - ability to read and adapt to different scenarios
High attention to detail - handling information with accuracy
Strong computer skills - ability to utilise a number of computer systems

Hours of Work:
Service Centre operating hours are: Monday - Friday 9am to 4:30pm. This part time role requires you to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility required to work on a rotating roster across the operating hours of the centre.
