We are an industry leader with an enviable portfolio of clients including ANZ Bank, NAB, Telstra, AGL, IAG, Westpac, BHP, ATO and many Federal and State Government Departments. Due to our outstanding service delivery model, Blue Lion is seeking an . We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Docklands and Dandenong offices.


The successful applicant will have a strong background in B2B sales, project delivery, client retention, problem solve and be able to work independently in a corporate environment.


Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, the Project Manager is a key organisational role which is directly responsible for driving business success by delivering exceptional project outcomes, maximizing opportunities within new and existing markets.


Skills and Experience Required:
     At least 3 years business to business sales experience
     Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
     An established network of connections in the removals Industry.
     Robust sales planning skills and a passion for success.
     Be solution and outcome focused and willing to learn new things.
     Excellent communication skills with staff, clients and partners.
     Proven success in a similar role.
     Ability to quote, manage and execute Commercial Relocation Projects
     An ability to work independently as an effective team member
     A sound ability to manage corporate accounts and relationships at the highest levels
     A positive and enthusiastic attitude, together with a strong determination to succeed and win new business
     A track record of successfully developing & implementing large-scale business development strategies and commercial negotiations with multi-national companies
     Evidence of delivering strategic initiatives, and successfully increasing revenue/profitability
     The ability to develop and influence outcomes
     Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative management style and the ability to forge highly productive working relationships
     Highly-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
     Strong commercial acumen
     A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and account management of existing clients
     Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities

You will be dependable, adaptable to change and able to communicate at all levels. You will have previous experience in the office relocation industry and have demonstrable success in project delivery, new business development and customer retention activities.
