Job Title: Content Producer 

Location: Collingwood, Melbourne

Job Description:

We are always on the lookout for dynamic and creative content producers at Engage Digital Partners. Our producers are multi-talented - they can manage a project from idea to execution: from concept and plan, to self-shooting, producing on location and interviewing, right through to edit. If this sounds like you and you want to create engaging digital content for a range of platforms, then get in touch! You should be comfortable dealing with clients and delivering high-quality content on time and to specification. The ideal candidates will have a strong editorial sense, will know what works well across a variety of digital platforms and have the technical skills to bring these ideas to life. It doesn't hurt if you love sports.

Key skills and knowledge:

• Experience shooting on cameras such as FS7, BM, A7S or similar 
• Experience using Adobe Premiere to produce short and longer form edits
• Familiarity with exporting of digital video files and compression
• Experience of YouTube channel management and optimisation best practices (video SEO and thumbnail creation) beneficial
• Keen, ongoing awareness and interest in trends across social media, online video and sports output internationally
• Strong communication skills both within the internal team and with clients and contributors
• Knowledge of media law
• Strong editorial sensibility able to identify strong content that will perform well on digital/social platforms (YouTube etc)
• Previous client management desirable
• A creative opportunist up for trying new ideas and an ability to capture fun, engaging content
• Experience/interest in a range of sports beneficial

General:

• Work flexible days, according to the appropriate sports-related calendar
• Able to perform under pressure and to work to tight timescales
• Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills
• Salary dependent on experience

Salary/Rate: Competitive

Working Days:  3-5 days a week, Monday to Friday (some weekend work required)
