Our Mosman based privately owned company is a B2B supplier of specialty ingredients to the food industry in Australia and New Zealand.
We are a dynamic, customer-focused and value-added supplier which continues to grow.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated sales coordinator to join our small team in a fixed term capacity for 12 months, with potential for permanent placement.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your duties will include:
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to sales enquiries
Stock management / stock control vs contract
Shipment follow up
Sales forecasts monitoring
Liaise with 3rd party contractors, including warehouses and transport companies, customs broker and freight forwarder
Coordination with suppliers
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Microsoft Office suite strong Excel skills required
Good knowledge of air and ocean freight processes
Manage multiple tasks with attention to details
Organised and effective time management skills
Strong team player
Full right to work in Australia
