Administration Assistant

Rhodes location, close to public transport, Full time position, Suitable for entry level.

Master Vinyls is a small commercial flooring business located in Rhodes. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to come join our busy team on a full time basis, working from Monday to Friday.

The role will primarily be an administrative role, supporting the project team and director. The successful candidate will be driven, resilient, and have an eagerness to learn all aspects of the business.

The role will include the following duties:

• use of Microsoft applications
• use of internal flooring system
• ordering stock
• processing invoices
• communicating internally and externally, both oral and written correspondence
• any administrative support required from the project team/director

To be successful for the position you must possess:

• resilience
• clear communication skills
• previous experience in an administration role advantageous
• previous experience within the flooring/building industry advantageous
