E-Commerce Coordinator / Fulfillment Officer

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our rapidly growing team as an E-Commerce coordinator. The successful applicant would be involved in managing orders across a variety of popular ecommerce platforms and growing the ecommerce environment for our store.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with the owners of our pharmacy as we find innovative ways to expand into new markets domestically and internationally.

The ideal candidate would have an aptitude for decision making, familiarity with technology and the ability to communicate well via phone and email. Efficiency in completing tasks in an accurate manner is essential. Processes and training provided.

There is a component of the job to handle larger items <20kg, which the successful applicant will require the physical ability to manually handle these items along with the use of appropriate equipment.

Responsibilities included in this role will include but are not limited to:

• Fulfil orders using cloud-based systems (Pick, Pack, Dispatch orders)
• Facilitate effective customer service and respond to queries
• Manage and update product listings across various channels
• Make suggestions regarding improvements to processes
• Manage invoices and inventory
• Manage storeroom and excess stock

We are currently looking for someone 30 hours across 5 shifts per week on a Permanent Part Time basis. The role is based in Stafford, QLD.
