An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Marketing Team based at our Head Office on St Georges Tce, Perth on a Contract basis. Your main priority will be to support the Marketing team to create high-quality creative assets to support our Brand Strategy and marketing objectives.
About the role
First point of contact for creative briefs coming into the Brand and Communications team and the key liaison with external suppliers.
Work closely with media partners to recommend, negotiate and buy effective paid media placements and partnerships to deliver on brand and media strategy.
Planning and organising production schedules and overseeing production process from start to finish whilst ensuring no deadlines are missed and that creative content is executed to a high standard at all times.
Assessing project scope and reviewing creative briefs to ensure all details are captured as well as allocating resources across internal and external teams.
Managing multiple creative briefs across Marketing and other Business Units for distribution on online and offline channels.
Determining quality control standards; adhering to brand guidelines, all company policy and external regulatory bodies and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Managing all budgets for creative production to ensure maximum value as well as estimating, negotiating and agreeing budget and timescales with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Brand and Communications Manager to develop and maintain creative platforms and retail positioning messages aligned to brand strategy.
Ownership of our brand style guide to ensure a consistent communication and creative framework for retail communications.
Bachelor degree in broadcasting, communications, marketing or equivalent
5+ years production management experience, either agency or client side.
Experience in brand strategy, management and execution of marketing communications & campaigns
Experience in negotiating and buying high value media placements for large corporates or brands
Experience in managing media partnerships and driving proactive PR opportunities
Experience in high-pressure environments, having managed multiple, complex projects under time pressures together with strong implementation skills.
Qualifications or similar in the theoretical principle and concepts around cinematography, photography, or production
Marcomms experience spanning both agency and client side
