The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is responsible for delivering high quality customer service to customers and visitors through the Hume reception area at our Maitland Office on a scheduled roster, with the aim of resolving enquiries with a "first fix" ethos. They will also be responsible for ensuring that reception and meeting rooms are maintained to an exceptional standard at all times, reflecting our professional yet caring approach In this integral role you need to demonstrate sound and solid experience in:
High volume customer service based environment both in person and over the phone;
Managing multiple administrative and reception tasks;
Resolving customer queries and complaints to a high standard; and
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and using a CRM system.
