We are currently seeking a professional Administrative Assistant/EA to assist The Property Team with the following duties:
- General administrative tasks
- Manage workflows
- Data entry
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Assist with the correspondence to various business streams
- Executive Assistant duties
- Other duties as required
You will have experience in the following:
- Microsoft Office Suite - intermediate/advanced
- Affinity or a practise management software tool - preferable
- Using a large database
- Understanding of Property is desirable
To be successful in this role you will have a solid foundation in administration and good time management skills as you will be dealing with multiple duties at any one time. It will be imperative that you will have exemplary attention to detail and you will be self-sufficient in your approach to business and your role.
The role will be a fixed term contract to cover a period of Parental Leave and we expect the role to cease in May 2020. However, there is potential for extension and the salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate. You MUST be able to commence ASAP and you will be asked to provide 2 current referees.
