We have an opportunity for a Brand Advocate to spread the Sennheiser vision within major national retailers.

About the Role
As the Regional Brand Advocate for Western Australia and South Australia, you will be responsible for supporting sales of Sennheiser products via retail partners, by developing strong relationships with management and staff, building brand awareness, assisting with optimum merchandising and training staff in the Sennheiser product and effectively selling it to their customers.
Using your expertise and initiative, you will ensure our retail partners are as passionate as you are about the Sennheiser name and product range. You will work with the Sennheiser senior sales team as the face of Sennheiser on a day to day basis, and drive communication between Sennheiser and our retail partners to create a seamless experience for our customers.
You will be part of the Australia/ New Zealand sales team, with the majority of your clients located in metro/CBD areas. The role is autonomous and is on the road with some regional trips in WA and trips to SA. Due to the nature of retail environments, there is not a typical working week for this role, and it may require weekend and evening work as necessary.
This role is ideal for a passionate person with a great attitude who can communicate their enthusiasm for a product clearly and with confidence. As a large part of this role will be working autonomously, the ability to self-motivate, schedule and manage time effectively is vital.
Experience in a retail sales environment, promotional or other customer facing roles or related to the electronics industry for a global brand will be highly regarded.
You will require:
- Excellent verbal, written presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide variety of clients and develop relationships at all levels, with enthusiasm and energy.
- An understanding of optimum merchandising principles.
- The ability to work autonomously, self-motivate, schedule and manage your time effectively.
- The demonstrable ability to present product knowledge to groups within a retail sales environment.
- The ability to engage with customers and identify their needs.
- Influencing skills, to clearly communicate and influence at all levels.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with evidence of innovation to show that you have the initiative to promote a brand or product.
