I am seeking a highly experience Business Development Manager to work in the Greater Brisbane area who has the ability to work alongside a dedicated national sales team.
  
YOUR Experience…. To be successful in this role you will: 

• Five years’ experience in B2B selling and business development.
• Proven experience at reaching and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to think of your feet and trouble shoot.
• High level of communication skills both verbal and written.
• Networking skills and a hunter approach to targeting new business.
• Exceptional client retention skills and follow up with clients.
• Previous experience within the Construction and Lighting industry desirable.

YOUR Opportunity….. This fantastic new opportunity will have you responsible for building, maintaining and sustaining sales pipelines. Identifying new areas to target and create leads, opportunities and closing those leads to sales. Developing individual forecasts and reporting to your senior management team and peers. Managing your client through the end to end process.
