Administration - Customer Service/Telephone Switch/Data Entry (Langwarrin)

A busy specialist psychology and virtual reception business requires a sharp, switched-on, enthusiastic and highly competent individual to join our reception and administration team on a full-time basis.

The Role

This is a fast paced, high pressure role that requires the ability to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail, whilst staying calm under pressure. The successful applicant will join our team of administration staff in providing quality support to internal and external clients both onsite and working remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional skills and work ethic to join our team in a long-term capacity.

To be considered you will need:-

  • Administration experience
  • Switch board experience
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • A strong work ethic

Experience in medical or allied health reception and HealthKit/Halaxy software an advantage.
