These roles will perform a full range of secretarial and administrative support functions, including prompt, courteous, confidential and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. We are currently seeking a full-time 5-year position and a full-time 4-month leave cover position both commencing as soon as practicable.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Providing high-level confidential executive and administrative support
Diary management including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings and organising associated and supporting documentation.
Sourcing, researching and collating documents in preparation for meetings and speaking engagements.
Management of all required travel including school visits and accommodation arrangements.
Coordinating requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and providing a professional first point of contact
Substantial and demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership positions and experience in a similar role.
High degree of professionalism and judgment with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
High level written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally.
Ability to provide proactive support at executive level, using initiative to determine follow through actions.
Ability to balance conflicting priorities and to work to deadlines.
Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office applications.
