New South Wales Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) operates the land titles registry for the State Government and the people of New South Wales. We create and maintain land titles information and sell land information products and services, working with care to protect and maintain the integrity of the register. The NSW land titles registry underpins the states secure, efficient and guaranteed system of land ownership.

A range of new entry-level roles are now available to support our business as we grow and change.
Your responsibilities include:
Facilitate in-person inquiries related to lodgment of documents and plans at NSW Land Registry Services Retail Office. Examine and register documents relating to property transactions in NSW to assist in maintaining the currency, accuracy and integrity of NSW land title registers.
Develop the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the following tasks:
Advise clients on the appropriate documents required to achieve the desired registration outcome
Investigate case status and requisitions providing accurate information updates to clients
Facilitate the accurate relodgment or substitution of documents
Identify land ownership and other land interests
Determine completeness and acceptability of manual documents and plans presented for lodgement
Assemble land information to enable examination of plans and dealings
Access and interpret land titles and related records including plans of survey
Review and prepare documents received for registration ensuring compliance with divisional and legislative requirements
Prepare titles for land.
Contribute to excellence in customer service, face-to-face and electronic, relating to practices, procedures, products and services.
Participate in the achievement of planned business outcomes by contributing ideas for improving work practices, consistent with the organisations goal to achieve a high standard or quality in every process, product and service.

This role will be dedicated to our retail team.
