About the role
As the UX Visual Designer, you will design and deliver intuitive online experiences for prospective, new and existing EnergyAustralia customers.
Key Activities Include:
Lead UX Visual Design activities aligned with the overall digital delivery pipeline.
Create wireframes as well as high fidelity work.
Work with stakeholders to coordinate briefings, user stories/requirements and help identify business benefits of new features and products - across web, mobile and new channels.
Deliver user-centred design solutions across EnergyAustralia digital channels and domains that address customer needs.
Adhere to and drive digital design standards across all assets and keep current, relevant and consistent.
What we’re looking for:
Working experience in a dedicated digital design role ideally in a large corporate environment.
Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and must have have Sketch and Invision experience.
Knowledge in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
Previous retail and e-Commerce experience desirable.
Strong Agile, Journey room and Human Centre Design exposure.
