Rail Signalling Engineers (Senior)

Our well established and rapidly growing client, with operations in multiple states, are growing their signalling team in Brisbane and now require a Senior Signalling Engineer to strengthen their team!

Our clients are a specialised rail engineering and construction company in the field of rail signalling, control systems engineering, construction and project delivery - they are responsible for delivering some of the most complex rail network projects in the last 5 years

This current vacancy in the Brisbane office for a Senior Signalling Engineer is to undertake and manage signalling engineering activities to relevant standards, code of practice and agreed client requirements

Duties of the role:

• Production, verification and approvals of signalling design
• Manage a design team for delivery of design to program and budget
• Interface with clients for technical development and delivery of signalling projects
• Input into project management (time estimates; resource requirements, technical risks)
• Preparation of project related documents
• Mentorship of junior engineers

Skills and experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
• Multiple level 2 (or 3) assessments in MTM design and checking competencies
• 5+ years experience in signalling design or project delivery environment
