Office Manager

You will be tasked with general EA activities as well as medium complex accounting tasks.  This includes, but not limited to, accounts receivable and payable, Payroll, Bas statements, and payroll tax. You must be proficient with MYOB and have outstanding excel and word experience and expertise. 

You must have experience in managing CRM systems and experience with SUGAR CRM is preferred but not mandatory. 

You will be reporting to the CEO and will be required to produce reporting and assist with board paper preparation.

This position is demanding and you will be busy, however, we have a great fun culture where everyone looks forward to contributing to business success. 

You will be provided with training that is unique to the business however it will be expected that your skillset is sufficient to complete 85% of all tasks with limited training.
