Customer Operations Representative

Fixed Term Role - September 2020, Rydalmere location, Medical Devices.
Imaxeon as Radiology ANZ is a subsidiary of Bayer. We offer a complete solution to optimise efficiency in CT, MRI, Angiography and Nuclear Medicine for today and tomorrows imaging environment.

We are patient and customer focused with specialist modality support, industry leading service coverage. We have partnerships with public and private health sector providers within ANZ. We have a locally based Research & Development team and Manufacturing.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Customer Operations Representative; provide a high level of operational support and customer service to all internal and external stakeholders across all Imaxeon departments and divisions.

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the end to end customer process from initial inquiry, order processing, shipment, to invoicing. This role is also responsible for all internal and external customer service requirements, while escalating when appropriate. Customer Operations Representatives always act with the customer in mind, and collaborate across Imaxeon teams to ensure operational excellence and ongoing continuous improvement is achieved.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Independently manage all customer requirements for the complete order and process within agreed service levels and timeframes
  • Develop and maintain excellent internal and external customer relationships
  • Coordinate the operational requirements for all consumable and system sales, and installation projects
  • Ensure the accuracy of all customer and product data in Imaxeon systems
  • Booking of local and international freight & logistics in line with policies and customer requirements
  • All complaints investigated, preventative action taken, follow up with customer and reported/escalated where appropriate
  • Actively answer inbound customer phone calls and emails during core business hours (9am to 5pm) and within SLAs
  • Regular reporting in line with monthly operational, finance, KPI, and stakeholder requirements
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Participation in additional projects to support the Imaxeon business objectives
  • Actively work independently, and as part of an operational team to deliver business performance results in accordance with agreed targets

Who you are

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in an admin coordination & operations focussed role
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Intermediate MS Office particularly Word and Excel
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • Engages with continuous improvement and change
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working independently
