Exceptional Office Administrator - Margaret River

Wine for Dudes have been cruising the vines for over 16 years as one of Margaret River's most iconic Wine Tourism Operators!  And we're now looking for an EXCEPTIONAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join our A-team and keep the good times rollin'!

The Office Administrator role is pivotal to the day-to-day running and success of the business.

The successful candidate will have an expansive knowledge of all general administrative tasks, will exude a bubbly and positive vibe whilst maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism, and have a willingness to learn and be creative in thinking outside the square to enhance the company image and provide the best possible service to our customers, venues and our legendary tour guiding crew!

The basics of the role include:

  • Providing customers with an exceptional experience as the first point of contact.
  • Designing well-planned daily wine tour itineraries.
  • General day-to-day upkeep of the office.
  • Producing quality social media and marketing content that reflects our company style.
  • Maintaining customer records with accurate data entry.
  • Co-ordination of vehicle maintenance.
  • Co-ordination of compliance obligations.
  • Assisting with marketing opportunities
  • Working with the management team to develop new ideas and enhance the company profile.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The right to live and work in Australia and be looking for a permanent long-term position based in Margaret River (Not suitable for working holiday makers or short term residents).
  • Be highly organised and efficient, without jeopardising accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • A natural flare for promoting the company through social media.
  • Accurate data entry.
  • An eye for style and willingness to learn basic photo editing techniques.
  • A positive, passionate and be a genuine good dude/dudette!
  • Basic MYOB experience (not essential, but willingness to learn)
  • Reasonable local knowledge of the Margaret River region, and wine knowledge preferred.
  • The natural work ethics required to work harmoniously in a small tight-knit team, where effective communication and a willingness to ask questions and bounce ideas are vital to ensuring the successful operation of the business.
  • A Light Rigid Drivers Licence with F extension - or be willing to obtain one within 3 months of starting.

Ideally the applicant will be able to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm; however we value the personal circumstances of our team, and in every circumstance will try to accommodate flexibility of hours as required.  We would also be open to the possibility of two great candidates job-sharing the position.
