ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is great for somebody who is looking to expand their managerial experience in a fast-paced and high-growth retail/menswear fashion environment.
As a Showroom Manager for InStitchu, your role will include but not be limited to:
Managing a team of stylists/ fitters and overseeing the day to day running of our showroom.
Tending to walk in customers, maintaining the appearance of the Showroom, order management and arranging bookings. Bookings include taking all customer measurements, assisting customers with the designing of their garments (using our online design tools), inputting their orders, and consistent customer communication and follow up.
Managing all showroom operations and monitoring staff performance
Measuring and providing customers with style advice during bookings at the InStitchu Showroom, at marketing/promotional events
Learning how to fit and style customers
Cultivate customer relationships to create loyalty and foster brand ambassadors through always having a customer-centric approach via showing enthusiasm and understanding for the product and brandthis will go hand in hand with providing a memorable customer experience and streamlining every positive aspect of the InStitchu experience
Completing admin and ensuring that processes and procedures are stuck to
Ensuring that customers are up to date on the status of their order when remakes or alterations are necessary
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Showroom Manager who is eager to join a young and vibrant teameach day will be varied and different, and you can expect this role to be anything short of mundane!
The ideal candidate will:
Be highly organised with a sense of style
Be emotionally intelligent, have a high level of people skills with an uncanny ability to anticipate customer needs and wants before they arise
Have previously managed and worked in a face-paced environment where customer service is the number one focus
Have a background in hospitality/a role where theyve had implement their passion for delivering a exceptional customer service experience
Be a product expert who demonstrates exceptional understanding of fashion trends
Have a high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
Have a keen understanding of products, fit, and fit processes
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; this is required to convey a compelling friendly and positive attitude via email and telephone
Have the ability to turn negative customer sentiment into a positive interaction through patience, diligence and genuine desire to help
