Control Room Operators

Australian Guards and Patrols are seeking to recruit suitable applicants for positions within our Control Room Operations Centre and Patrols network within a major contract in the Perth Metro Area.

Previous experience in a Control Room and or Mobile Patrol environment will be highly regarded. Duties for the positions sought will involve Control Room Operations and supplementary Mobile Patrols where applicable. Permanent and Casual Positions are available.

Key criteria we are seeking to be considered for these roles include:

• Be able to work a 24/7 roster across all times during a week
• Hold relevant  Security Licence , first Aid Certificate and Drivers Licence
• Have reliable transport to attend the monitoring centre
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Have had exposure to Control Room Operations in previous employment
• Experience in Mobile Patrol operations
• Ability to follow clear directives and instructions of the Client and Supervisors
• Ability to work well under pressure whilst remaining friendly and courteous
• Ability to deal effectively with conflict
• Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
