Retail/Workshop Assistant

We are currently looking to hire a casual retail/workshop assistant.

We are a small but fast paced business that sells hoses and fittings, located in Gladstone.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a current drivers licence and reliable car;
• Have a forklift ticket (advantageous but not essential);
• Be computer literate Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook/Email;
• Be self-motivated;
• Be trustworthy;
• Be able to multi-task;
• Be able to work under pressure;
• Have attention to detail; and
• Be physically able to pack and unpack orders.

Duties of the job will include:

• Customer service;
• Answering the telephone;
• Data entry;
• Filing;
• Packing and unpacking orders;
• Assisting the workshop;
• Stocking shelves; and
• Cleaning.
