LVE are currently looking to recruit an experienced grounds maintenance worker to join our team in a full time capacity to perform an important role within our organisation.
About the role:
Reporting to our senior Supervisor Grounds Maintenance and General Manager Operations, this position will be supporting our operations in all facets of Grounds Maintenance. Remuneration package to be discussed, based on experience and in addition to salary staff have access to Salary Sacrifice of up to $30,000 (gross) and profit sharing annually.
Skills and experience:
Extensive experience in a grounds maintenance role or operating agricultural machinery.
Ability to multi task and co-ordinate multiple activities concurrently
Well organised, strong time management skills
Good communication skills
Proven ability to work in a high paced and challenging role
Professional manner with a can-do attitude and friendly personality
Maintain contracted grounds works
Liaise with contract leads
Support a team of supported workers
Be flexible and adaptable to meet customer needs
Ensure that all safety requirements in Grounds Maintenance meet with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Ensure all contract work is done in a timely manner and to a high standard
Any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the GM Operations or Grounds Maintenance Supervisors.
