Our PERTH studio is ready to appoint a number design positions:

• Architects (Graduate & above)
• Interior Designers

Applicants must have:

• Strong passion for design and collaboration  
• Intermediate experience in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop 
• Strong Revit experience
• Candidates must demonstrate confidence and be comfortable to work creatively under pressure and to deadlines. 

Architect - Key Responsibilities

• Capacity to develop conceptual design solutions to the parameters agreed with the client and as contained in the Brief
• Undertake thorough research of both the clients needs, requirements and other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of the design problems and parameters.
• Assist the Project Architect in the schematic design and design development process.
• Drive project outcomes and undertake an ongoing review of subsequent stages of the project to ensure that the integrity of the agreed design solutions are maintained.
• Develop and maintain a reputation as a skilled and innovative designer.
• Keep abreast of developments in design techniques and trends.
• Act as a mentor to other designers within their studio.
• Assist Studio Design Leader through participation in design reviews and mentoring.
• The position involves working directly and collaboratively with other design leaders where you will be responsible for developing conceptual and design phases with a good understanding of technical delivery.

Workplace Designer -  Key Responsibilities

• Work with the design team to prepare design ideas, pitch for projects, competitions and potential clients.
• Prepare space planning, test fits and schematic design schemes for interior design projects across a number of sectors
• Prepare design development presentations and design development documentation
• Furniture research, selection and specifications documents
• Prepare finishes and materials boards for client presentations and prepare final finish specification documents and plans
• Develop design ideas and convey ideation through plans, elevations, sketches.
• Assist Studio Design Leaders through participation in design reviews and mentoring
• 3D visualisation techniques desirable
