An opportunity exists for an Executive Bookings Assistant to actively make client bookings and manage client call lists. This position will be a casual and work within the Administration and bookings team. Some additional hours maybe required for holiday cover.
This role is crucial to supporting our busy medical centres and as a result you will need to be highly results focused, possess exceptional communication skills both written and verbal; have the natural ability to build rapport to keep people engaged.
Actively outbound clients to book in for annual health assessment
Process and manage inbound appointment enquiries from clients
Ownership and management of client booking lists and appointment schedules
Provide Executives with information on requirements for their medical assessment
Understand assessment product suite in order to communicate clearly to clients
Demonstrated experience in a receptionist/client service position within a corporate environment
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with exceptional phone manner
A commitment to providing exceptional customer/patient service
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred
Results focus and the ability to achieve call targets
The ability to work both autonomously with minimum supervision, and in close collaboration with other team members
