The Perth studio are seeking an Administration Assistant who is confident, enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside a diverse, creative collective of talented design professionals (architects, interior designers and draftspersons) in our fast paced, and expanding Perth studio. The successful candidate will be an all-rounder with exceptional communication skills, an abundance of enthusiasm, and be capable of taking ownership of this front of house role. We can provide flexible working hour arrangements to accommodate school pick up and drop off and the role could be part-time or full time.
Applicants must have:
Polished front of house communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong organisational skills & ability to meet deadlines
Able to manage and flexibly deal with 'day-to-day' tasks by having in place improved processes and procedures
Excellent knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing incoming phone enquiries
Meeting and greeting clients (including hospitality/beverages)
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assist with Tender Submissions
Administration of internal systems (including multiple meeting rooms, office supplies, kitchen supplies, ensuring a tidy studio environment)
