A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Videographer to join the team as our in-house content producer in our Toowoomba based office.

With a passion and creative flair for all things social media, video, latest digital trends and photography you must be able to work autonomously and offer seamless end to end property photography and video solutions.

Your daily tasks will involve the responsibility of managing all technical tasks related to the production, pre-production and post-production of video content and photography.

The role:

• Photograph and video our current projects including residential and commercial property
• Social media videos and promotion of our Agents and office.
• Film and edit video content for various channels including social media and client communication
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of the production.
• Design video production based on existing footage
• Design and edit video productions within our corporate marketing guidelines
• Independently manage shoots while also being able to collaborate and work as part of a team
• Collaborate and use your experience and creative input to achieve high-end production
• Content productions, sourcing imagery & copywriting
• Manage timelines and service level agreements
• Participate in content planning session and creative brainstorms with team members

Requirements:

• Professional experience in commercial video production
• Extensive knowledge of video and audio recording equipment, including cameras (Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4K), managing storage devices, microphones, tripods, lights and other related devices.
• You must take great pride in your work and have an eye for detail.
• Confident in using Adobe Creative Suite
• A friendly and outgoing, professional personality.
• Ability to work hard and manage your time to meet deadlines.
• A passion for collaboration and sharing of ideas
• Good time management and work ethic.
• A good understanding of videography and video techniques and a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
• Experience in working as a professional property/interior videographer is an advantage.
• Current drivers licence.
