The Opportunity - Associate HR Analyst

Have you got an oil and gas background Do you want to work for one of the largest oil and gas companies in the industry Are you a HR Analyst I have the job for you!!

I'm looking for an Associate HR Analyst for a Perth based role, that will be initially a 7 month contract.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities
• Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification program.
• Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales
• Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
