CULTIVER is an established luxury e-boutique looking for an ambitious and passionate retail assistant to join our Melbourne Store team located in South Yarra.
An extension of on our online brand and distribution, the store offers us additional engagement with our customers and the design community.
A large part of this role will be contributing to the customer experience in store. Additionally, you will provide support to our Retail Manager and Head office, according to experience. Training will also be provided.
There is a strong opportunity for the successful candidate to progress within the organisation.
You will be:
Providing an exceptional customer experience;
Achieving sales targets;
Ensure stock control processes are adhered to in alignment with CULTIVER guidelines;
Communicating customer feedback to head office and contribute to planning;
Monitor and maintain stores' Visual Merchandising and presentation standards;
Assisting and supporting Retail Manager
You will thrive in this role if you:
Want to work 2-3 days per week, and have the availability to work weekends if required;
Are well-presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Have a strong passion for design and customer service excellence.
