This opportunity offers a diverse range of high quality, customer focussed and efficient project support services that assist our Infrastructure Delivery operations of our business. This is a hands-on position that engages with all areas of the business with a strong focus on data reconciliation and administrative project support. The position forms part of the Business Improvement team reporting to the Business Improvement Lead and will have a cross-functional relationship with the Program Controls and Portfolio Analyst.
Activities you will work with:
Assist with the development of key planning, assessment and recommendation documentation for Program Management Office (PMO) improvement initiatives;
Conduct data validation and reconciliation activities between Project Management and Project Scheduling software systems;
Plan, schedule and track key activities assigned by Program Management Office Leadership team;
Assist with the development and coordination of communications including reports, presentations and workshops for development and implementation of Program Controls system, tools and documentation;
Support the Program Controls team with key data entry, reconciliation and validation activities;
Assist the Program Controls and Business Improvement teams with other areas of software administration and document development as required;
Support business improvement initiatives including the development and documentation of new workflows and approaches;
Working as part of a team, you will have exceptional attention to detail with a strong background in records management to deliver on daily administrative tasks. Your well-developed communication skills will enable you to liaise with all levels of our business to build strong relationships that deliver effective outcomes. An ability to problem solve in short time frames and manage high volumes of work will see you succeed in this role.
