The Position:

 

Working out of our Head Office in Clayton, Victoria, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing the strategic planning, creative direction, effective implementation and ongoing management of marketing strategies and activities for Kent Removals & Storage and other Kent Group brands as required, to ensure delivery of the companys marketing goals and objectives.

 

You will be responsible for measurement and monitoring of key sales and marketing metrics and ROIs, driving continuous improvement of both traditional and digital marketing strategies/campaigns to maximise and growing customer acquisition and retention. In addition, the role will advise and assist senior management on marketing initiatives and provide leadership throughout Kent in this key business area.

 

 

Your key tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Creation, management and implementation of digital marketing and communication strategies and tactical plans to achieve targets according to business requirements
  • Create new relationships with relevant innovative digital & marketing agencies to build traffic via SEO, heighten awareness through brand exercises and increase sales via the website
  • Planning and implementing digital campaigns
  • Improving the accessibility, design, and content of company websites
  • Strategic planning, management and implementation of digital marketing and lead generation programs, (e.g., SEM, SEO, PPC, Referral, Social, EDM, etc.)
  • Measure, analyse and define actionable insights from sales and marketing performance, lead generation, ROI, customer behaviour and trends
  • Ongoing management of the Kent Reputation Management program
  • Management of the creation and delivery of Kent traditional and digital collateral
  • Driving and overseeing Kents ongoing content marketing strategy
  • Creation, management, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Kent websites as required, including responsive design and mobile first approach
  • Creation, management and implementation of other ad hoc advertising, marketing, branding and event projects across Kent as required
  • Keeping abreast with changes in technology, buyer behaviour, Google driven changes, relevant to the digital marketing space
  • Use innovation to differentiate the company in the market, provide unique value to customers and help build long-term relationships with customers

 

The Suitable Candidate:

 

Reflect the highest professional standards and possess the following experience, skills and attributes:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing; minimum 5 years in similarly senior role and proven track record success through traditional and best practice digital marketing initiatives and methodologies
  • Enterprise level SEO, SEM, remarketing, EDM and Social Media strategy and tactile delivery skills
  • Knowledge in UX and UI, web design, web development, usability, search and conversion optimisation
  • Experience in web development including widgets, portals, websites and other
  • Experience in brand and reputation management and communications
  • A strategic thinker, who can develop and implement multiple marketing strategies/campaigns, across multiple business units
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and writing proficiency
  • Proven ability to gain stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships within and across the business
  • Strong management and leadership skills, responsible for delivering strong direction, staff management and future staff development
