Administration Assistant

Ockerby Real Estate is an independent Agency with 50 years of industry experience in Property Management & Sales offering honest and personal service enjoyed by many long term clients. Our professional team focus is on property management, including residential, commercial and strata management.

Due to our growing portfolio our busy real estate office requires an Assistant to support our Property Management team. Administration duties for the position are varied, including the preparation of leases and contracts and typing property condition reports.Other office duties include loading property advertisements, booking home opens, general administration, filing and stationary orders

Ideally you will be a hard worker, have good attention to detail, enjoy talking to people, a sense of loyalty, commitment and humour. We are committed to supporting and training our staff.

Salary is dependent on level of experience.
