Your New Role:
Reporting directly to CS Manager, this role will be primarily responsible Responsible for
Supporting customer base in NSW Remote working environment TSS & application support for mobile robotics projects
Who You Are & What We Need:
You are a talented Customer Service Engineer who is professional, result-oriented with proactive attitude toward solving customers issues and be able to clearly communicate to customers.
The role is required to undertake Hotline support over phone and email offering high quality responses to technical enquiries from customers and take appropriate escalation process to ensure responding in timely manners. This includes after hours for key customers.
The role involves providing technical training and/or support system integrators and end customers with programming various industrial applications.
The role will be required to visit sites for attending breakdowns and planned maintenance field services.
What Youll Bring to the Table:
The candidate must be professional, result-oriented with proactive attitude toward solving customers issues and be able to clearly communicate to customers.
You must have a relevant technical engineering qualification, experience within manufacturing environments. Experience either in Java or KUKA Robot Language is preferred.
The candidate must be able to travel and have the right to work at sites across all states in Australia and New Zealand.
Experience in maintenance of Siemens MED AX systems or in supporting KUKA mobile robot applications is preferred.
