SPE Electrical is a locally based Electrical, Communications and Mechanical services contractor operating within the ACT for over 25 years.

We have a number of positions available to people who would like to join our expanding team including.

• Minor Works & Maintenance Electrician
• Electrical Apprentices (1st-3rd Year)

Skills & Experience

To be successful all candidates will need:

• Strong communications skills
• A professional and proactive approach to work
• Drivers license and own vehicle
• White Card
• Asbestos Card

Minor Works & Maintenance Electricians will need to possess the following

• Experience in a similar role dealing with customers and clients
• Experience managing multiple small jobs and following up with clients
• Ability to anticipate the duration of each job, and to anticipate the tools and materials that will be required to complete the job
• Ability to work unsupervised, as well as with other electricians in the team, and with apprentices
• Minimum 2 years post trade experience in domestic & small commercial
• Air conditioning or Mechanical experience preferred, but not essential
• Current ACT Electrical License
• Solid Understanding of AS3000
