Corporate Receptionist

A unique opportunity has opened for the right person to join Australasia's leading real estate and mortgage broking business - Ray White & Loan Market - This person will be supporting four separate businesses within the one premises.

The successful candidate must be mature, professionally presented, well spoken and have a friendly and outgoing personality.

The role is very busy so requires someone who works well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks at one time.

Key functions will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients;

  • Dealing with enquiries and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments;

  • Providing general administrative support to all businesses;

Key criteria:

  • Experience in reception or office support position would be beneficial but not essential; 

  • Real estate or mortgage broking background would be beneficial but not essential;

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people;

  • Immaculate personal presentation; 

  • Tech savvy with strong attention to detail (knowledge of Google operating system is beneficial)  

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.15pm. No parking will be provided however we are located in the Perth CBD close to public transport.
